Answer: If you are a district coordinator, or a school teacher, you can log into the website at http://ischoolsports.com.au and click the permission notes button in the menu at the top of your screen. You can then click the "New Permission Note" button. Just fill out the form, and upload a .PDF of the permission note you wish to create. If you are a district coordinator, you will need to pick a school you would like to associate the permission note with.
